Account Eligibility and Registration

The i1cinta service may only be used by individuals who meet all the eligibility criteria set out here. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet the following requirements:

• At least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Using your own real identity — not another person's name or a false identity.
• Registering one account only. Holding multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration.
• Not on any self-exclusion list or prohibited from gambling by any authority.

i1cinta reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including a copy of your identity card (MyKad), address document or other additional information. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified period may result in your account being temporarily suspended.

Account Management and Security

Each user is fully responsible for their own account, including all activity that takes place under their username and password. The following account management guidelines must be followed:

• Keep your password secure and do not share it with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device.
• Contact i1cinta customer support immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity in your account.
• Update your personal information promptly if any changes occur.

i1cinta will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to the user's own negligence in maintaining password security. However, our 24/7 support team is ready to assist in cases involving account security.

Deposits and Withdrawals

i1cinta supports a range of popular local payment methods in Malaysia for the convenience of members. All financial transactions are subject to the following policies:

• The minimum deposit per transaction is RM10 regardless of the payment method used.
• The minimum withdrawal per request is RM50.
• Withdrawal processing time is between 5 and 30 minutes depending on the method chosen.
• Accepted payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same method or account used for the deposit, for security and compliance purposes.

i1cinta reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests. All withdrawal requests are also subject to adequate identity verification. Any funds obtained in a manner that contravenes these terms may be forfeited.

Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses offered by i1cinta are subject to specific wagering requirements. It is the member's responsibility to fully understand these requirements before accepting any bonus.

Welcome Bonus (150% up to RM500): This bonus is calculated as 150% of your first deposit amount, with a maximum bonus of RM500. Before the bonus funds can be withdrawn, you must complete a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount received.

• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per account, device or IP address.
• i1cinta reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus and closure of the account.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account under any circumstances.

The i1cinta VIP programme consists of three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold — each offering different weekly cashback rates. Players can advance to a higher tier based on their activity and play commitment on the platform.

Game Rules

i1cinta offers a variety of game categories including online slots, live casino, sports betting, sic bo and other table games. Each game category has specific rules that all members must follow.

• All game results are final and cannot be disputed after a session has ended.
• Any technical disruption that occurs during a game session will be resolved based on the server records kept by i1cinta.
• The use of automated software or bots to influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
• Sports betting is subject to specific sports betting rules published separately in the Sports Betting section.
• i1cinta reserves the right to cancel any bet placed due to a technical error or incorrect information.

User Conduct and Obligations

All i1cinta users are required to behave respectfully, honestly and responsibly when using this platform. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Making deposits using unauthorised payment methods or using funds from illegal sources.
• Colluding with other users to cheat or manipulate game outcomes.
• Using another person's information or account without their consent.
• Disrupting the technical operations of the platform or attempting to hack i1cinta's systems.
• Spreading misleading or false information about i1cinta to the public.

i1cinta Limitation of Liability

i1cinta provides an online betting platform to the best of its ability and subject to the international licence it holds. However, there are certain limits on i1cinta's liability:

• i1cinta is not responsible for any losses arising from internet service disruptions on the user's end.
• We do not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption at all times, and periodic maintenance may be carried out.
• Financial losses in games are a risk borne entirely by the user — gambling involves the risk of losing money.
• i1cinta is not responsible for any taxes arising from winnings obtained by users.

Account Suspension and Closure

i1cinta reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under certain circumstances, including:

• Activity suspected of involving fraud, money laundering or unauthorised collusion.
• An account closure request by the user themselves — including self-exclusion applications.

Amendment of Terms and Conditions

i1cinta reserves the right to amend, update or improve these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on this website.

It is the user's responsibility to review this page from time to time to ensure they are always aware of the latest version of the terms. Continued use of the i1cinta platform after any amendment is published will be considered full acceptance of the amended terms.
